Anderlecht winger Frank Acheampong says he is not surprised with his exploits for the Belgian giants.
The Ghanaian youngster has become the newest attraction in Belgium with sublime performances that got him many admirers.
He was the tormentor in-chief for Anderlecht as they strolled to a 3-0 win over Waasland-Beveren where he got on the scoresheet for the second time in two weeks.
The ex-King Faisal ace is thrilled with his output but reckons his hard work at training is paying off.
“I am pleased that we have succeeded. That was no surprise; I’ve been working hard in training and knew the coaches had confidence in me,” Acheampong said
“I hope they continue to support me and give confidence.
“The level is high and there is a reasonable physical play. That motivates me to, because now I know I have to keep working on my physical presence.
