Ghanaian defender Francis Dickoh will be playing in the Belgian top-flight next season after his Cercle Brugge side managed to escape relegation.
The Belgian FA Cup finished the regular season at the foot of the table but had to had their fate determined by the relegation play-offs.
They managed to overcome Germinal Beerschot in the relegation play-off to save their top-fight status.
Dickoh was involved in 90 minutes for Brugge in their 1-0 loss in the opening game but watched the rest of the three games from the bench.
He joined them before the start of the season as a free agent.
