David Duncan has returned the official vehicle given to him as Hearts of Oak coach.

Hearts of Oak have retrieved the official vehicle given to sacked coach David Duncan.

Duncan released the Hyundai Highlander to the club after receiving a cheque for GH¢21,000 which was for his three months salary.

“We retrieved the official vehicle from Coach Duncan’s residence somewhere last week, the club’s Managing Director Neil Armstrong Mortagbe was quoted by CampioneSports.net.

“Since it was the club’s initiative that led to the termination, we had always known that we were going to pay him three months salary, in lieu of notice.

“So once we didn’t give him notice, we prepared his three months equivalent of salary and readied the cheque for him to collect.

Hearts terminated Duncan’s contract in November after falling out with the board of directors.
