Goalkeeper Adade Foli is delighted with his debut ‘SOS’ call to the Black Stars for the World Cup qualifier against Zambia.
The new Medeama SC signing was called in as a last minute replacement for the injured Adam Kwarasey on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old arrived in the Black Stars camp within hours of his invite and shares his delight despite the unfortunate situation necessitating his call up.
“As a player definitely you will be happy,†he told Metro FM.
“This is a nation full of players and therefore when you are called, no matter the circumstance, one should be happy.â€
Foli trained with the team for the first time on Tuesday evening at the Accra Sports Stadium.
