Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has tipped the Black Stars to do well in the 2014 FIFA World cup to be held in Brazil next summer.

Dauda, who plays for the Orlando Pirates in the South African Premier Soccer League believes the Black Stars have the depth in-quality to scale past group G's opponent.

"All the 32 countries that have qualified for the finals in Brazil are strong and that is why you cannot under-rate any country in such a tournament," he said.

He said the Black Stars would advance from Group G despite being drawn in the so-called "Group of Death" along with Germany, Portugal and the United States.

"Although we see them as strong football nations by describing our group as the group of death, let me tell you that they are also afraid of us, because of our previous performances, so we are considered a mature footballing nation," he said.

Ghana will be making a third successive appearance at the World Cup and were Africa's top performing team in the last two editions of the Mundial.
