Faisal-Hasaacas promotional play-off heads for replay

The final Division One League promotional play-off will be decided through a replay after King Faisal drew 0-0 with Hasaacas on Wednesday in Tema.

Both teams teams are tied on seven points apiece in the Zone II decider played at the Tema Sports Stadium.

But per the regulations a win was required to determine who qualified to the Ghana Premier League.

Faisal dominated both halves but could not turn their possession into penetration.

Hasaacas possess a watertight defence as they never conceded a goal in three matches.

The Ghana Football Association is yet to decide the the venue for Friday’s replay.

Real Tamale United and Amidaeus Professionals gained promotion from Zone I and III respectively.
