Italian Serie A side Udinese would put Ghana international defender Masahudu Alhassan on transfer in January according to reports in the Italian media.

The 21-year-old has failed to make the first-teams grades under Andrea Stramaccioni and is set to be released by the Little Zebras.

Masahudu joined Udinese last season, hoping to secure regular playing time at the club but has failed to find space at the club.

A host of Serie B sides are chasing after the signature of the defender who played for Ghana at the 2012 AFCON.

In June, he confirmed to an Accra-based radio that he would be leaving Udinese in January due to lack of playing time.
