Swiss side Servette have slapped in a bid to sign Elche Ghanaian midfielder Michael Anaba, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Servette join a growing list of clubs interested in the highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder and are keen to bring him to Switzerland.

GHANAsoccernet.com revealed this week that Spanish trio, Real Zaragoza, Racing Santander and Leganes have all made enquires.

It is suggested Kevin Cooper will be allowed to strengthen over the summer despite their impressive showing in the Swiss Challenge League, where they lie top of the table.

And it is believed the 21-year-old has been identified as the man who can help sustain their top-flight status should they qualify.

All four clubs are said to be tracking the Ghana international’s situation at Elche, where he’s believed to be unsettled and unhappy.

Despite being promoted to the senior side, he has consistently played for the team B side since arriving from Kotoko two years ago.

Anaba wants to play top-flight football in Europe to enhance his chances of playing for Ghana’s Olympic team.

He was an influential member of the Ghana Under-23 squad that won bronze at the 2013 World Youth Championship in Turkey.
