EXCLUSIVE: Promoted BA United register 13 new players for Ghana Premier League

Promoted BA United have registered 13 new players in the 30-man squad submitted to the Premier League Board for the 2014/15 season, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

The notable signings include former hearts of oak and Heart of Lions defender Nana Egyiri, former King Faisal captain Kojo Boateng and Liberty Professionals duo James Kortei (midfielder) and Issac Hagan (goalkeeper) who all have Premier League experience.

Others include Prince Appiah (Berekum Chelsea), Nuhu Abu (Wa All Stars), Iddrisu Abubakar (Berekum Chelsea), Alexander Aryee (Aduana Stars), Abdul Wahab Yahaya (All Stars).

The rest are Selom Geraldo (DC United), Mustapha Mohammed (Bofoakwa Tano), Rashid Mohammed (Goaso Unity FC) and Ibrahim Annor (Unattached).

The Apostles of Power Soccer are seeking to complete the signing of Emmanuel Allan from Aduana Stars despite completing personal terms with the player and training with the club.

Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Issah Yakubu and his club in Libya [ Al Nasr ] have agreed to allow him play for the Sunyani-based side until the chaos in Libya comes to an end.

B.A United spent 10 years in the second-tier league before gaining promotion.
