Ghanaian youngster Terry Lartey Sanniez has signed a three-year contract professional contract with Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 18-year-old, who plays as a right-back, was handed the contract by Ajax after excelling in the youth set up of the Dutch giants.

Lartey signed the contract that will leave him at the club until June 2018.

He has played the Ajax youth academy since 2008.

He signed a contract commencing on January 1, 2015 with retrospective effect and will run until June 30, 2018.

"I stand here with a good feeling and I am very pleased that my contract with Ajax is until 2018," the talented defender who was born to Ghanaian parents in Holland said.

"It gives me more confidence than I already had. Now I have to continue to show how good I can play and I hope I can quickly make the step to the Amsterdam ArenA."

The head coach of Ajax Amsterdam's youth side Wim Jonk praised the Ghanaian youngster for his showing for the junior side is hailed his qualities.

"Terry is a defender who is physically very strong, he is hard to beat and meets the requirements and standards that require the top football It is a great guy to work with, I am extremely pleased that he has enforced a contract," Head coach of Ajax's youth side Wim Jonk said.

Lartey Sanniez made his professional debut ??on January 25, 2015 for Ajax in the Jupiler League Match against FC Volendam which the Dutch giants won 3-2.

He is eligible to play for Ghana.
