Former Ghana youth international Abeiku Quansah has signed a two-year contract with Egyptian Premier League side El Gouna, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 23-year-old has been available on a free transfer since terminating his contract with Ukrainian Premier League side Arsenal Kyiv in October last year due to unpaid salaries.
