Ghana striker Prince Tagoe is on the verge of completing a shock move to United Arab Emirates side Al Wahda by the close of the week, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 27-year-old has decided against renewing his contract with Malaysian side Kelantan after he clashed with the club over heath issues.

Tagoe rubbished claims by his Malaysian club Kelantan that he failed two medical tests and that he contract was on the verge of being cancelled.

George Boateng’s claim seems to have angered the Ghanaian international to cut ties with the club as he prepares to move to the Dubai-based side.

He is in the country to finalize the deal which will see him stage a return to the gulf region having played for Al Shabab and Ettifaq.

The former Hoffenheim and Partizan Belgrade striker is anxious to return to top shape to return to the Black Stars.
