Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah is close to agreeing a deal to join Bulgarian giants Levski Sofia, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 24-year-old is close to putting pen-to-paper after being locked in negotiations with the European outfit over the last few weeks.

GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal that the former AC Milan youngster will take a pay cut in order to seal the deal as he is desperate for regular action to boost his chances of making it to this year’s World Cup in June.

Adiyiah has never been short of suitors after Ukrainian outfit FC Volyn Lutsk slapped in a request to sign him last December.

The former Ghana Under-20 star has been unattached since he terminated his contract with cash-strapped Ukrainian side Arsenal Kiev.

Several Ghanaian players have been busy on the transfer market as they jostle to sign for teams which can guarantee them regular playing time with just less than six months left to the World Cup in Brazil.
