Danish coach Tommy Moller Nielsen will arrive in Ghana this week to hold talks with officials of Hearts of Oak for a job as a technical director, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The ex Sporting Director of Israeli club Maccabi Netanya will be arriving in Ghana this week to hold further talks with the Phobians.

Nielsen is one of many expatriate coaches interested in taking up a coaching position at Hearts.

The Ghanaian giants have received proposals from several coaches for a job that is yet to be advertised for.

Coaches from Australia, Croatia, Brazil, Italy, Argentina and Poland have all slapped in their CV’s for consideration.

Moller Nielsen however looks to hijack the job with his arrival this week.

The Dane is using his extensive links with European clubs as his major bargaining chip for the job.

The Ghanaian giants want to constitute a strong technical bench in order to boost performance on the field of play.

Nielsen played most of his football during his active days in the lower tiers of Danish football.

He has coached top flight side Viborg FF but his major job till date was when he was the sporting director at Israeli club Maccabi Netanya where he established several links with clubs across Europe.
