Colombia are claiming a friendly match against Ghana ahead of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Los Cafeteros have shortlisted the Black Stars as one of their possible opponents for a friendly game on a FIFA free date in March.

Colombia are looking to play especially a West African opponent as they will be facing Cote d’Ivoire in the group stage of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The Colombian FA are however yet to open talks with the Ghana FA over the possible friendly match in March.

An organisation under the Colombian FA responsible for the arrangement of international matches; DIMAYOR claim Ghana is a possible candidate for a friendly match.

“We are looking at Ghana as a potential candidate for the FIFA free date in March,” DIMAYOR President Ramon Jesurum told a local television station on Tuesday.

If successful, the Black Stars will be coming up against a highly talented Colombian team led by the striking threat of Monaco star Radamel Falcao.

The game will give Ghana a good test even though the Black Stars will not be playing a South American opponent at the World Cup.

The Black Stars is drawn in Group G alongside Germany, Portugal and USA.

I predict 4-0 for Colombia with juju dauda in the post. No joke Falcao will score like there’s mo keeper in the post. Better drop dauda or the whole team will be cursed. Baws!!

  2. JAY TEE says:

This Dauda must vanish from the goal post. Kwarasey will do the job.

  3. Wee ba says:

    Papadinho eeiiii masa kool down

  4. Mumbi says:

This is sad news. GFA should deny this friendly coz whenever I hear any1 saying “Colambia”, memories of 2001 confederations cup semi finals against Cameroun arises as 1 life was lost on the pitch (Marck Vivien Foe). Keep your Kwado Asamoah out of these Columbians as he may be the next west african victim from these Marijuana smokers island.
