Striker Aminu Mohammed has signed a two-year contract with Bechem United, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The former Real Tamale United and AshantiGold prolific goal poacher joined from Asante Kotoko.

The 24 year old player has indicated that he signed for the Hunters in order to get more playing time in his football career.

“I am hoping to get more playing time and I can see myself achieving this aim with my new team. I want to train to the maximum and continue to improve as a footballer,” Mohammed exclusively told GHANASoccernet.com

“This season I want to help my team and my team-mates to reach our aims. My aim is always to give to the team all that I can and I will try my hardest to make my team win.”

Last season, Mohammed was the top goal scorer for Kotoko in the MTN FA Cup with three goals.

Although he didn’t have much playing time last season for the Porcupine Warriors, he went on to score six goals in 7 appearances in the reserve league.

Bechem united are currently without their three key players Augustine Okrah (BK Hacken, Sweden), James Papa Yaw (BW 90 in Sweden) and Emmanuel Asante (Kotoko).
