Charles Taylor wants to play for Kotoko or Hearts

Charles Taylor says he’s ready for a return to either Kotoko or Hearts ahead of the new season.

Taylor, 33, is a free agent after leaving Berekum Chelsea under controversial circumstances.

He accused his former employers for neglecting him during his injury spell and has since parted ways with them.

The former Hearts wizard is now back in search of a new home after being sidelined with a career threatening-injury for more than a year.

The former Enugu Rangers striker has opened the door for both Kotoko and Hearts to scramble for his signature.

“A lot of teams have come after my signature but my agent is working on a deal outside for me. We are looking up to God but if that deal fizzles out, then we shall know the next line of action,” he told Cape Coasted-based ATL FM

“The two most glamorous clubs in Ghana are Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak, if any offer comes from any of the two, I will not hesitate to welcome it. My doors are open to any club.

Taylor was member of the victorious Hearts team which clinched the Africa Champions League in 2000 but his wild accusations against Hearts last year over the use of ‘black magic’ on him could block a potential return to the club.
