Striker Emmanuel Clottey has set an audacious 18-goal haul for club side Berekum Chelsea by the close of the Caf Champions League.
The Ghanaian international continued his rich vein of scoring form by grabbing a superb hat-trick in Chelsea 3-2 win over Zamalek at the Accra Sports stadium over the weekend.
The 24-year-old is determined to rake in 18 goals for the ambitious Berekum-based side.
“I just want to thank God for how far he has brought us. I am ready to score more goals and I believe I can get 18.†Clottey said
“The praise should go to the collective effort of the team rather than singling out one person for all the plaudits.â€
Clottey is the leading goal scorer in the competition with nine goals.
