Eleven Super Eagles arrive in Watford to face Ghana

Joseph Yobo has arrived in London for the Ghana friendly on Tuesday

Eleven Nigeria players have arrived in Watford for Tuesday’s international friendly against Ghana at Vicarage Road.

The Super Eagles led by captain Joseph Yobo checked in at the Watford Hilton lodgings on Sunday afternoon.

Head coach Samson Siasia is expecting eight players on Monday morning to complete the select band of players ahead of their first training session at 6pm.

They include goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba, forwards Peter Utaka and Solomon Okoronkwo, and defenders Elderson Echiejile and Yusuf Ayila.

Also expected are John Mikel Obi, Osaze Odemwingie and Obinna Nsofor.

Nigeria players in camp:

Gaolkeepers: Dele Aiyebugba, Chigozie Agbim

Defenders: Joseph Yobo, Taye Taiwo, Chibuzor Okoronkwo, Danny Shittu

Midfielders: Kalu Uche, Joel Obi, Emmanuel Ekpo

Strikers: Ike Uche, Victor Anichebe
