The American trainer has maintained the same players who beat Guinea 4-2 this month in their final Group qualifier.
Striker Mohammed Geddo, who has been inactive for five months at Hull City, surprisingly made the squad.
The list includes Ahmed Elmohamady, Hossam Ghaly, Mahmoud ‘Kahraba’ and Ibrahim Salah.
FC Basel star Mohamed Salah and teammate Mohammed Elneny made the cut likewise Al-Salmiya striker Amr Zaki who scored in their last qualifier.
