Edward Affum explains Hearts decision

Posted On Monday, 14th January 2013

Edward Affum says he won't stay at Hearts no more

Striker Edward Affum says he has resolved to quit out of Accra Hearts of Oak.

The 23-year-old former Asante Kotoko forward has handed in a transfer request to walk out of the capital club with officials set to reach a decision on the striker’s fate.

While the Phobians are yet to announce a decision on the striker, he says he has no intentions of reversing his decision.

“I have decided to quit club for personal reasons so I just want them to let me leave because I don’t want to play for the club no more,” he told Accra-based Happy FM.

Affum has been out of favour at Hearts since the departure of CK Akunnor in November.

The hate for Ashantis is baseless and the earlier your people drop that mindset the better we can live as one people.
Another disgusting and notorious group which has join the hate mongering fray and are the worse of all is the Ga Youth.
Whilst Ashantis are comfortable with a Northerner being named after Kumasi Sports Stadium(Baba Yara Sports Stadium) the Ga Youth
had problem with Ohene Gyan, a non Ga, being named after the Accra Sports Stadium. They eventually succeeded in convincing their chiefs
and the AMA to revert the name.
