New Edubiase assistant coach Michael Osei says his side is desperate to get back on winning ways following last weekend’s disappointing result against Medeama.
The Berkwai-based club were ten minutes away from clinching a shocking win at Medeama but crumbled under late pressure to lose 3-1.
Osei however says the team is prepared to put things right when they host Liberty Professionals on Sunday at the Gyamfi Park.
“The last game was a shock to us because we didn’t expect to lose but that is football,” he said.
“We were lucky we didn’t play poorly and so we are looking to get back on winning ways this weekend.”
With 28 points and currently lying 6th in the Glo Premier League, Edubiase stand a mathematical chance of winning its first Premiership title at the end of the current campaign.
