Ebenezer Assifuah powers FC Sion U21s to victory in league game
Ghana youth striker Ebenezer Assifuah scored his second goal for FC Sion's U21 side on Tuesday

Ghana youth striker Ebenezer Assifuah headed the opener for FC Sion's U21 side in their 4-2 win over Breitenrain FC in the Swiss Reserves League on Tuesday night.

Youngster Seinu swung in a deep cross and Assifuah met it with a looping header that beat the goalkeeper at the far post.

The 19-year-old former Liberty Professionals forward was at hand again as he set up their goal on the night before 2000 fans.

It was his second goal for the reserves side after scoring last Tuesday.

Assifuah, who won the 2013 FIFA U20 Golden Shoe after scoring 6 goals, is yet to mark his Super League debut for Sion as he was unused in their game over the weekend.

A section of the Sion fans staged a protest to find out why the prolific goal scorer was not used in their game on Sunday.
