Ghana defender David Addy has officially completed his move to Belgian club Waasland-Beveren, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 24-year-old signed a two-year contract with the club on Thursday having passed a routine medical.
Addy arrives as a free agent having finished off his two-year contract with Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.
He has been handed the no.7 shirt in the initial two-year deal with a view of signing for a third year once he impresses in East Flanders.
The former FC Porto man has been training with the side for the past days after strucking a verbal agreement with officials of the club.
Addy's confirmed signing brings to an end series of reported interest from several European clubs - in particular that of English duo Derby County and Crustal Palace.
He was also said to have listened to offers from Club Brugge and Standard Liege before settling on Waasland-Beveren.
