Diva Nadia Buari also tries singing?

Posted On Wednesday, 2nd May 2012

Entertainment of Wednesday, 2 May 2012Source: Dennis Nii Lantey Lawson/Xfm95.1 Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari has hinted of a possible move to join a number of actors and actresses who are delving into the act of singing.

Nadia Buari will then join a long list of Ghanaian actors like Majid Michel, Kweku Manu, Agya koo among others who caught the music bug in recent times whether it is singing for charity or singing in TV commercials.

According to her one thing she will always say to herself is “never to say never” and even though she thinks she hasn’t got a fantastic voice; she knows she can do something when she gets into the studio.

“Interestingly there is a recording studio in my father’s house and every now and then, I go there to do one or two things with my husky voice. So eventually I might make it up, who knows…”, she stated in an exclusive interview in the second edition of the BITE International Magazine.

Asked what she foresees in the Ghanaian Movie Industry in the next 2-5years, she said, “I think we would almost be rubbing shoulders with Bollywood. “We are growing and people are beginning to take movie-making more seriously”.

“We now have some movie institutions springing up and people are also getting educated. I am educated and I know that a lot of other people are following suit” she added.

Touching on what she would rather be doing if she were not acting, Nadia said, ‘I would be an architect because I have the passion for good buildings, interior decoration and all that go with it.’

She pointed out that, “you cannot imagine what goes in on my mind each time I pass by an uncompleted building; a million and one ideas come to my mind on what I can do with it’.

Smiling continuously when asked if she is currently dating any guy, Nadia Buari said, I would like to keep that a secret’ adding that, ‘maybe I am, or maybe I am not’.
