Olympique Marseille coach Didier Deschamps has revealed Andre Ayew may face spells on the sidelines.
Ayew has been playing through the pain barrier with a shoulder injury he picked up at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 22-year-old played the entire duration in Wednesday’s 1-1 draw with Caen but remains a doubt of Saturday visit to Bordeaux.
“Yes, Andre has a shoulder problem, even though he played on Wednesday, and will soon undergo an operation,” Deschamps said.
Ayew has scored eight goals for Marseille in the French Ligue 1 this season.

Fantastic Andre Ayew, it shall be well with you.
one of the finest in the country-ghana
Deschamps is a wicked man. How can you allow Dede to play with such injury? If he were to be your son will you this to him? So if Dede moves to another club wont you guys play your matches any longer? This is shear wickedness.Dede be very careful before this injury disrupt your entire career.
RE: Allan, if the coach is wicked, then Dede is childish. Why do you play if you are in pain.? The advice given to the cat must also been given the mouse.
