Danish Superliga side AGF have completed the signing of Ghanaian teenager Dominic Oduro from Manchester City on loan, Ghanasoccernet.com can confirm.

The 18-year-old, a product of the Right to Dream Academy, will spend a season and half at the NRGi Park.

The Danish side managed to convince the English giants to release the versatile defender after successful negotiations with City Scouting & Recruitment Operations Manager Fergal Harkin.

Oduro has high hopes ahead of his stint in the Northern European country.

"AGF is a good opportunity for me to play at a higher level, and I've got a really good impression of the club," he said.

"The coaches are good, and the other players are very friendly and good to come up with words of encouragement. My goal is to get into the first team and help to win as many matches as possible.
