Defender Jonathan Mensah is ââ¬Ëguttedââ¬â¢ to be missing Ghanaââ¬â¢s friendly match against Mali on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old will not be in action for the Black Stars having picked up an injury in Saturdayââ¬â¢s 2-1 defeat to Senegal.
The injury saw the Evian TG man miss the sideââ¬â¢s training sessions in the lead up to Tuesdayââ¬â¢s game against Mali.
Mensah who has been a mainstay in the Ghana defence in recent times expressed his immense disappointment to be missing the friendly clash through injury.
ââ¬ÅGutted I canââ¬â¢t play tonight, Good luck to the team,â⬠the defender Tweeted.
Ghana will be hoping to bounce back from the defeat suffered against Senegal by securing a positive result in Tuesdayââ¬â¢s clash with Mali.
Black Stars coach Avram Grant has however stressed he is more concerned by the output of his team than the result in friendly matches.
