ImageLiberty Professionals coach Sellas Tetteh claims his have acquired the elixir to beat defending champions Hearts of Oak after Wednesday's 4-1 routing of Sekondi Hasaacas at the Carl Reindorf Park.

The result has put the team in good stead ahead of their crunch derby at the Ohene Djan stadium on Sunday.

The Fifa U-20 World Cup winning coach expects the comprehensive win to inspire the players ahead of the Hearts of Oak date on Sunday.

"We played well and dictated the pace and the direction of the game and that is the mark of a good team,"Tetteh said.

"We didn't have a good start in the first round and so I am glad we started second round on a blissful note.

"We have a difficult match against the champions on Sunday and so such results motivate players ahead of such big games. They will need to keep their heads high and go into the encounter with determiantion and focus."

Liberty Professionals will have revenge on their minds after losing in the corresponding fixture.
