Ghana starlet David Addy cannot wait to make his debut in European club competition on Thursday night for his Danish side Randers FC against Linfield FC from Northern Ireland in the first qualifying round of the maiden Europa League.
The 19-year-olf left-back joined Randers last season and has settled in well.
He is relishing a nice in the competitions and not nervous at all.
"For sure I know I can be in the starting line-up and am prepared for
it. This could be a big opportunity for me so am aware of the task
ahead," Addy told Ghanasoccernet.com
He was a member of the Black Satellites team that lifted the African Youth Championship in Rwanda early this year.
Randers were invited to participate in the Europa League due to its 2nd
place in the Danish league Fair Play ranking - behind 2008-09 champions
FC Copenhagen, who claimed the Champions League spot.
Randers placed fifth last term in the Danish Superliga.
