Striker Saddick Adams is the latest confirmed signing for Berekum Chelsea.
The Berekum-based side have fortified their side this off-season with the main aim of regaining the Premier League title they lost the Asante Kotoko last season.
Adams is expected to join strikers Bismark Idan and Eric Bekoe in ensuring the Premier League title is returned to Berekum next season which will also qualify the side to a return to the CAF Champions League.
“Saddick (Adams) I can confirm has signed for Berekum Chelsea,” the club’s International Relations Manager Joe Addo told Takoradi-based Meldoy FM.
“We want to ensure our front line is very potent for the new season following the departure of Emmanuel Clottey and we believe we have achieved this by this signing.”
Adams, 22, returns to the Ghanaian topflight five years after leaving for Europe where he struggled to get settled with a particular side.
He is well noted for his powerful strikes during his days with the Ghana U-17 and U-20 team when he first broke onto the scene as a teenager.
