Tudu Mighty Jets coach Jonas Amissah confirmed on Tuesday he has quit the club, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The ex-Bofoakwa Tano coach was re-assigned to the junior side on Monday, a day after losing 2-1 to Hearts of Oak in Accra.

“I’m not going to take that duty and so I have to announce my exit from the club,” Amissah told GHANAsoccernet.com

The club have gathered only a point from a possible six in the Glo Premier League season and now lie 11th on the league standings.

Amissah joined Jets midway last season and steered them to safety in their debut campaign.
