Bashir Hayford will officially resume duty as Medeama SC head coach on Monday, the club have confirmed.

The former Ghana Under-17 coach was told to proceed on leave after the club’s opening day shock 2-1 home defeat to Wa All Stars.

The trainer held fruitful talks with management on Thursday after the expiration of his 35-day leave period.

“We were happy when he returned to the secretariat to meet CEO James Essilfie and outlined his plans for the season,” the club’s spokesperson Ebenezer told medeamsc.com

“The past is gone but the point is that the decision taken in October was not to sack him like it was speculated.

“We hope he is happy like he was before and continue to help us.”

Hayford will take charge of the training ground duties and will be assisted by Yusif Abubakar who deputized in his absence.

Medeama are currently ninth on the league table with 9 points.

We know coming up with a story is not an easy task but please Ghanasoccernet writers,do make thorough editing before you paste your stories.Folks, you would clearly agree with me that we don’t have anything like Ghana Under-27 (NATIONAL TEAM).Don’t you guys have an editor or are you competing to paste stories hence the haste and the mistakes you guys produce?
There are discerning readers so be careful with what you feed us with.Remember it is worldwide and for that Ghanaians are not the only reader.!!!

Exactly what they have done. They have edited it.They want me to look stupid but I am certain that was what they wrote earlier.Ghanasoccernet should not be too smart. They should come out and tell me if it’s not true.
