New Edubiase coach Anthony Commey and his deputy Michael Osei have rejoined the club after they were told to step aside during Saturday’s Premier League game against Ebusua Dwarfs.

Management of the club took the decision to give the duo a break from the club after their 3-2 defeat at King Faisal last Wednesday.

Officials cited technical bankruptcy for their poor start to the season and the two technical brains were made to watch the game at the Obuasi Len Clay stadium from television.

But the club have held discussions with the two coaches with the duo expected to return to their post on Monday.

“We took that decision because we were not happy with our performance. We asked them to give us technical reports on our defeat to Hearts and King Faisal,” Edubiase vice-chairman Alex Ackumey told Radio XYZ

“They have brought the report and I believe everything is fine. And so they have joined the side.

“We are playing all the good football but struggling to get results and that for us was not good enough and needed to find out the root of the problem.”

In their absence, Edubiase drew goalless with Ebusua Dwarfs and next play at home to All Stars.
