Christian Atsu in action for FC Porto
Ghana winger Christian Atsu came off the bench to set up the second goal for FC Porto in their 2-0 victory at Croatian giants Dinamo Zagreb.
The 20-year-old replaced Silvestre Varela in the 77th minute and he weaved his magic to set up Belgian international Steven Defour for the second goal in the 92nd minute.
Atsu, playing first ever UEFA Champions League match, broke on the left before sliding the ball across to the unmarked Defour.
The Belgian international took a touch before lifting the ball over the sprawling Ivan Kelava and into the roof of the net.
Atsu has been in splendid shape for Porto since returning from a successful loan spell at Portuguese side Rio Ave.

Thank God for that and good news to all soccer loving Ghanaian fans. I hope something great can come out from this guy and will reach the level of our legend Abedi Ayew Pele one day or even more.
You guys really know how to exaggerate
What do mean and what did you see? Why don’t you express your view?
iits a bit of an exaggeration but from the crappy link that i saw the match on, the commentators did say how he looked really good since coming on
It’s true..he had a phenomenal game, I saw the entire match. It’s not easy to be named in Portos line-up.. The guy is good and will only get better..
I watched the game, he was very effective since he came on for Silvestre Varela on the 77th minute mark and also setting up the goal. He had a very good game, the chap has lotta potential.
What is the exaggeration in this report? Goto goal.com and check porto’s after match facts how they described Christian Atsu Twasam. The guy is good and is only going to get better GOD willing.
I did n’t have the opportune time to watch the match-but if only and only if, Atsu, got to the fisrt line up in F/C Portos and came in to play in the second half-then he got in a goal himself@ the guy, they good too much. Jesus Christ be with ya all.
