Chibsah moves to right-back at Swedish side Djurgården

Ghanaian midfielder Yussif Chibsah will be played at right-back this season in the Swedish league

Ghana midfielder Yussif Chibsah has been reassigned a new right-back role at Swedish side Djurgården IF.

The 29-year-old spent his opening season at the Allsvenskan side playing his orthodox holding midfield role but will now have to adjust as he will be played as a full-back.

The arrival of Ghanaian youngster Daniel Amartey at the Stockholms Olympiastadion has given coach Magnus Pehrsson enough options in midfield.

However, Pehrsson is sure Chibsah has enough qualities to excel at right-back and as he completed 75 minutes in the 2-1 friendly defeat against Norrkoping.
