Chelsea fans hit back at former Arsenal star Emmanuel Frimpong on Twitter after comments he made about Jose Mourinho.

Frimpong gave his own thoughts on the Blues' Champions League defeat against Atletico Madrid, tweeting: "Man like Mourinho gone from special one to No one.

"The bus driver must have run out of Diesel."

Atletico overpowered Chelsea 3-1 on Wednesday to ensure its remarkable season will end with a Champions League final meeting with crosstown rival Real Madrid.

Although Blues striker Fernando Torres put Chelsea in front at Stamford Bridge after a scoreless first leg, Adrian Lopez leveled before halftime to give the surprise Spanish league leaders the crucial away goal, followed by goals from Diego Costa and Arda Turan.

Chelsea fans hit back at the midfielder by getting 'Arsenal to Barnsley' trending, commenting on Frimpong's move from the Gunners to the recently relegated Championship side.

The 22-year-old replied after the trend hit the UK top ten, writing: "People think if they diss me I get offended lol.

"C'mon bruh stop wasting that 140 letters u been given by Twitter focus on Improving You."
