Albert Adomah
New Bristol City manager Sean O’Driscoll says Albert Adomah’s return from the Africa Cup of Nations is the feeling of a new signing.
O’Driscoll was appointed last month when Adomah was at the tournament in South Africa with the Black Stars.
Adomah is yet to feature for him but the head coach admits the winger adds to the quality of the squad.
“Albert brings something different to the group in his ability and he’s a great person to have around,” O’Driscoll told Bristol City Player.
“His return is like a new signing. If we’d have signed someone in the January transfer window of Albert’s qualities we would be delighted.
“He’s come back with a smile on his face and has enjoyed his experience in South Africa. He played in games that he didn’t think he would, but he’s glad to be back.”
Adomah played four matches and helped Ghana reach the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
