Ghana has named a good starting lineup to play against Guinea on Saturday

Ghana's stand-in coach Maxwell Konadu maintained the starting line-up to face Guinea on Saturday as goalkeeper Stephen Adams stays in the Black Stars post ahead of Fatau Dauda while the two Ayew brothers start in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Casablanca tonight.

Konadu, ex-was the assistant to previous coach Kwesi Appiah, maintained the same starting line-up that defeated Togo 3-2 in their last match in Lome last month.

Adams benched first-choice goalkeeper Fatau Dauda in the match against Togo in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier and coach Konadu wants to keep him in the position for the clach on Saturday night.

Awal Mohammed maintains his position in central defence as John Boye has not returned and he will partner the commanding and powerful Jonathan Mensah at the heart of the defence.

Impressive Baba Rahman gets to continue in the problematic left-back position with Harrison Afful keeping his right back place keen on causing problems for the opponents.

Also starting for the Black Stars in midfield is Agyemang Badu, who has struggled to hold down a position in the team but played in the previous match.

The Udinese enforcer looks to have now seized the position from Russia-based Rabiu Mohammed and Badu will partner Kwadwo Asamoah in the heart of the midfielder.

Andre Ayew and Chrisitan Atsu will play at the left and right wings respectively but they are expected to be switching positions to confuse the opponent.

Up front, Jordan Ayew joins captain Asamoah Gyan in attack.

Ayew will partner captain Asamoah Gyan in attack to provide more options meaning Abdul Majeed Waris is dropped to the bench.

The Aduana Stars goalkeeper will be between the sticks for his second competitive match since gaining a call-up to the national in 2010.

Dauda has been inconsistent in the post and Konadu has decided to hand the 2014 African Nations Championship star another opportunity to grab the chance.

Ghana are chasing a win in Group E match to help seize control of the group and qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Sitting second in the Group E campaign, the Black Stars have been forced to play this encounter in Casablanca, Morocco instead of Conakry because of fears over the Ebola epidemic in Guinea.

Maxwell Konadu’s side enter the game at the Mohammed V Stadium which kicks of at 19:00GMT on the back of one draw and one win in the qualifying campaign.

The Black Stars have an impressive record against Guinea, with the last clash between the two teams ending in a draw though Ghana have won ten, drawn six and lost three times in their last 19 meetings.
