A human right court in Accra has squashed King Faisal’s case against the Ghana Football Association contesting a Disciplinary Committee ruling.

The judge ruled that the Ghana FA is a private association and that the court cannot dismiss a ruling of its Disciplinary committee.

King Faisal have three cases against the federation and the remaining two other cases will be heard on 8 December.

The 2013/2014 Ghana Premier League has been delayed by the court case.
