Black Stars trio to arrive tonight for Sudan game
Harrison Afful is among three players expected to arrive in Ghana on Tuesday night

Black Stars trio  Harrison Afful, Mubarak Wakaso and Adams Kwarasey will arrive in Ghana on Tuesday night ahead of this weekend’s World Cup qualifier against Sudan.

The three players will be last to touch base after playing for their respective clubs on Sunday, meaning they will miss the opening day training session on Tuesday.

The trio will however meet up with the rest of the squad on Wednesday morning ahead of their trip to Kumasi to continue with preparations.

Their arrival will boost the squad ahead of the crunch tie at the Baba Yara stadium.

The Black Stars find themselves in a tricky position and must negotiate their next four games to ensure passage to the play-offs.

Meanwhile coach Kwesi Appiah has confirmed he will not replace injured Christian Atsu for Sunday’s game after the Porto winger was forced to withdraw due to a late injury.
