Captain Asamoah Gyan says the Black Stars are fully focused on delivering a win against Guinea on Wednesday having put behind their weekendââ¬â¢s disappointment.
Ghana surrendered its first half lead in their first leg meeting with Guinea to eventually end the game with a 1-1 in Casablanca.
The drab draw now makes qualification for next yearââ¬â¢s Africa Cup of Nations a bit more difficult as the Black Stars must now pick at least two wins in their three remaining games.
Many have criticized the Black Starsââ¬â¢ performance over the weekend against Guinea â⬓ especially in the second half where their hosts thoroughly dominated.
But captain Asamoah Gyan says that disappointing result has been buried with the team now looking ahead to a win in the return encounter on Wednesday.
ââ¬ÅWe had a bit of a disappointment in the last game which we should have won but everybody has out that game behind and we are now looking forward to tomorrow,â⬠he said.
ââ¬ÅWe are fully focused for this game and I am sure everything will be fine.ââ¬
Ghana will maintain its top spot in Group E with a win over Guinea on Wednesday.
