A first batch of six players underwent a thorough medical examination on Monday ahead of the commencement of Ghana’s preparations towards the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
Blood samples were taken from Solomon Asante, Fatau Dauda, Awal Mohammed, Kwabena Edusei, Harrison Afful and Edwin Gyimah at Metropolis in Accra.
This is to ensure that all players in the Ghana camp are in a clean bill of health ahead of their expected rigorous preparations for the 2015 AFCON.
All the other Black Stars player in the country are expected to take their turns with the medical examinations.
