Black Satellites record narrow win over Lions in friendly

Prince Baffoe got the match winner for the Black Satellites against Lions

Ghana’s Under-20 team managed a slim 1-0 win over Heart of Lions in a friendly on Friday.

Kotoko midfielder Prince Baffoe scored the only goal of the match at the Tema Sports Stadium as the national side coasted to the narrow victory.

The Black Satellites are preparing for the first leg of the final lap for the 2013 African Youth qualifier against Morocco while Lions are fine-tuning ahead of the start of the Premier League campapign.

Head coach Maxwell Konadu is trimming the rough edges ahead of the clash against the North African powerhouse at the Tamale Stadium.

The team will leave for Northern Regional capital on Saturday ahead of the cracker on September 22.
