Ghana’s Olympic team management members are planning a global tour to monitor and assess Ghanaian players ahead of the qualifiers for the 2015 All Africa Games, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The team will set-up a camping base in either Italy or Germany as well as the Middle East and the Gulf to keep a close eye on a number of players who are excelling for their respective teams.

Black Meteors coach Malik Jabir and his backroom staff wants to give equal opportunity for players and will not focus their attention on only those in mainstream Europe.

The Black Meteors succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to the home-based Super Eagles of Nigeria in an international friendly last Friday.

The team will play Liberia in the first qualifying hurdle next month.
