Ghana’s Under-17 female team left Accra on Tuesday for a training tour of Germany ahead of the Fifa U17 Women’s World Cup.
Head coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani will use the two-week training exercise to trim the rough edges ahead of the World showpiece in Azerbaijan.
The Black Maidens have been paired in a a difficult group that comprises of China, Uruguay and Germany.
The team will open their campaign against Asian giants China on September 23, 2012.
Ghana played at the 2010 edition of the tournament held in Trinidad and Tobago.
