Ghana midfielder Bernard Yao Kumordzi is close to agreeing a deal with Belgian giants KRC Genk.
The 27-year-old left French out Dijon last season following their demotion from the country’s top-flight League.
The multi-talented midfielder enforcer claims he has reached an agreement to sign for the former Belgian Champions and will put pen-to-paper by July 13.
“Genk is one of the top clubs in Belgium. I’ve been in contact with them since last summer, before I went to Dijon,” Kumordzi told Joy Sports
“They won the title two years ago and I am here to help them win more trophies.
“ I think it is a good move for me at this age to win some titles in my career.”
Kumordzi has previously played at Pananios.
