Berekum Chelsea could register trio Baba ‘Armando’Adamu, Obed Owusu and Paul Aidoo for their Caf Champions League adventure.

Adamu, 31, is yet to recover fully from a recurrent injury that has stalled his hugely-awaited return to the domestic scene.

The ex-Ghana international joined the dethroned Ghanaian champions in January and could be draft into the team ahead of the group phase of the continent’s elite inter club competition.

The club could also consider registering defender Paul Aidoo and Obed Owusu who have returned to the country after their Turkish second-tier side Gungoren got relegated.

Returnee striker Bismark Idan is also in hunt for a recall into the set-up.

Chelsea find themselves in the ‘Group of Death’ after drawing three former winners; Al Alhy, Zamalek and TB Mazembe.

The three teams share between them 15 titles on the continent.
