Ex-Ghana U17 star set to complete move to Berekum Chelsea

Sadick Adams is expected to complete his move to Chelsea on Wednesday

Berekum Chelsea are hoping to complete the signing of ex-Ghana Under-17 star Sadick Adams on Wednesday.

The former Etoile Du Sahel attacker has long being linked with a return to the domestic scene after playing for several clubs abroad.

The 23-year-old is understood to be interested with a switch to the ambitious Ghanaian side to re-launch a career that took him to Spain, Serbia, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia after impressing heavily at the 2007 Fifa U17 World Cup.

“We are expecting him to arrive tomorrow (Wednesday) to conclude the deal,” Chief Executive Nana Kwame Nketiah told GHANAsoccernet.com

The potential acquisition of the higly-rated striker will be a massive boost for the Blues ahead of the upcoming season.

Adams is one the rising Ghanaian stars that flattened to deceive after he was recognized by World Soccer Magazine  as one of the 50 Most Exciting Teenagers on the Planet in their November 2007 issue.

    Life has has not been fair to Sadick if not he is a brilliant player by all standard.
    He will be a revelation at Berekum Chelsea if he gets the necessary playing time.
    He will also need to work hard since there are other young guys rising in the ranks.

    adamu u are right life hasnt been fair to him but remember he played last season wit a saudi club and he is in form and evn i wach some of his games online as he plays behind the first stricker which shows he can play any position in the attacking area i wish u gudluck sadick adamu u can wach this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGcJEOf9_fk tat was his last club but they are in religation which he is not allowed to play in second division thanks
