Berekum Chelsea head coach picks 19 players for Al Ahly clash

Berekum Chelsea head coach Hans Van der Pluijm has named 19 players to face Al Ahly in Saturday’s CAF Champions League Group B match.

Right-back Samuel Kyere joins the clutch of players who earned a respectable 2-2 draw at TP Mazembe two weeks ago in Lubumbashi.

Team and officials will leave the Kotoka International Airport at 12: 30 pm to Cairo via Ethiopian Airlines.

Chelsea can go top of Group B if they beat Ahly at the Military Stadium which will be played behind closed doors.

Berekum Chelsea squad:

Goalkeepers: Ernest Sowah, Iddrisu Abubakar

Defenders: Ahmed Adams, Awudu Nafiu, Edward Kpodo, Richard Kisi Boateng,Alfred Arthur, Eric Agyemang, Samuel Kyere

Midfielders: Owusu Jackson, Jordan Opoku, Gladson Awako, Joseph Ato Bissah, Solomon Asante, Yaw Alexander, Abdul Basit.

Strikers: Awudu Moro, Emmanuel Clottey, Ibrahim Issaka

Head coach: Hans Van der Pluijm
